We make sure to go through each one of our products and give them a thorough inspection prior to shipping.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of merchandise ship date for domestic delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with all tags still attached. Final sale items and gift cards are not returnable or refundable. If said time periods have passed since date of purchase or if items are not returned in the condition they were sent out in (tags attached and items unworn and unwashed), unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or store credit.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If you are looking to return, please reach out directly through email for shipping address (boutiquelaclerose@gmail.com). You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and you will receive a full refund to the method of transaction.
Regular priced items are only refundable, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
